Meal Planning

Posted on August 31st, 2009 by Adam Pichette in Diet Logs

One of the most efficient ways to diet isn’t really by dieting. You don’t really even need to change what your eating, just the time, amount and way you eat it. By eating in reverse order from the way we normally eat. Usually breakfast is small and rushed, lunch is usually average and our supper is the largest meal we have. This is backwards if you think about it. The first meal of the day is supposed to give you the energy needed for the day. Lunch should be providing energy for the second half of the day. Supper should be the smallest meal, as there is really no need for energy to finish the day. This wasted energy turns into fat when not used, so there is the reason we gain weight even when we may be eating better. This actually works, it is an easy way to lose some weight without starving yourself with dieting.
